BIOGRAFIE
DELAINE LE BAS, geb. 1965 in Worthing, West Sussex, England, studierte 1981–86 am West Sussex College of Art & Design in Worthing, West Sussex und besuchte 1986–88 die St. Martin’s School of Art in London. Delaine Le Bas lebt und arbeitet an verschiedenen Orten in Grosbritannien und Europa. Neben Einzelausstellungen z.B. von Witch Hunt 2009 bei Aspex in Portsmouth, 2010 bei Chapter in Cardiff und 2011 bei Kai Dikhas in Berlin, war sie an zahlreichen Gruppenausstellungen beteiligt, darunter Prague Biennale 2, Prag, 2005; Paradise Lost: 1. Roma-Pavillon auf der 52. Biennale von Venedig, 2007; Prague Biennale 3, Prag, 2007. 2011 nahm Delaine Le Bas an dem Projekt der Wiener Festwochen Safe European Home? im öffentlichen Raum in Wien teil.

DELAINE LE BAS, born 1965 in Worthing, West Sussex, GB, studied 1981–86 at West Sussex College of Art & Design, Worthing, West Sussex and visited 1986–88 St. Martin’s School of Art, London. Delaine Le Bas lives and works in various places in Great Britain and Europe. Beside solo exhibitions, for example, of Witch Hunt at Aspex in Portsmouth in 2009, GB, Chapter in Cardiff, GB in 2010 and 2011 at Galerie Kai Dikhas in Berlin, she was involved in numerous group exhibitions, including Prague Biennale 2, Prague in 2005;
Paradise Lost: 1st Roma Pavilion at the 52nd Venice Biennale 2007; Prague Biennale 3, Prague in 2007. 2011 Delaine Le Bas attended the project by Wiener Festwochen Safe European Home? in public space in Vienna.
